Booking and room reservation can be done in person, by phone, and online.

Cancellation of the apartment is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. From the 13th to the 8th day before arrival, 50% of the price is charged, and in case of cancellation within 7 days, 100 % of the price must be paid.

We are happy to assist with organizing transfer services.

Pets are not allowed.

Minimum stay: 

– from October 01 to March 31: 5 nights 

– from April 01 to September 30: 3 nights 

Check-in: 
Check-in is possible from 2 pm on the day of arrival, after providing personal data. Earlier arrival is only possible by prior arrangement.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house.

Check-out: 
Check-out is until 10 am on the day of departure. A later check-out until 5 pm is possible depending on availability for a fee of 5,000 HUF. The owner or his representative will be present at the specified arrival/departure time. The owner lives in the house in a separate area with a separate entrance and is available by phone day and night.

Parking: 
There is a closed parking lot, but parking is also possible in front of the gate.

Please avoid making noise after 10 pm.

Baby-friendly services:
Upon request, we provide our guests with children with a mobile crib and a high chair.

There is a guest area with 4 chairs and a table outdoors.

Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

Power supply: 220 – 240 volts.

Lighting, Sockets:
The apartment has adequate lighting and sockets in every room. There is a central switch for the lighting.

Before leaving the apartment, please remember to turn off all electrical appliances and close windows and doors!

Kitchen: 
Fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (filter, espresso pot), kettle, toaster, dishwasher, extractor hood, sink, dishwashing detergent, dishcloth, dishes, glasses, and a dining table with 4 chairs.

Thank you for using the kitchen appliances and furnishings as intended.

Living room: 
With sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, TV (with satellite antenna), iron, and individually adjustable air conditioning. Only turn on the air conditioning when you are in the apartment.

Internet access / Wi-Fi

Bathroom: 
With toilet, shower, sink, mirror, socket, hairdryer, towel holder, hook, shelf, liquid soap, and spare toilet paper. There is a wall-mounted and a mobile clothes rack, ironing board, and chair. Per person: 1 bathrobe, 1 large and 1 small towel.

Bedroom: 
With a French bed (160 x 200 cm), above it 2 small shelves, 2 reading lamps, on each side a chest of drawers with a mirror, hanger, and storage compartment. Per person: 1 duvet, 1 small and 1 large pillow, a blanket, and a safe.

Cleaning, bed linen, and towel changes are done once a week or upon request for a fee.

Damage reporting and liability: 
The equipment of the apartment and the garden must be used as intended. In case of damage, please inform the host and settle the damage immediately.
